Self Sabotage – Why We Do It and How to Stop the Cycle

Where does self sabotage come from, and what can we do about it?

When we get into negative states, we can starting having negative thoughts like:

“I’m not doing this right.”
“Something is wrong.”
“I’m not good enough.”
I’m not smart enough.”

And when that happens, we try and do something to sooth our souls.

Like reading affirmations, visualizing or reading a good self-help to make us feel good.

Which is fine – I am writing two books this year – books are great.

However, If we want to GET RID OF THESE THOUGHTS…

We have to get to the Source.

And to do that, we have to understand how thoughts are stored.

AND how emotions create thoughts.

The FACT is:

– Emotions are energy.
– Energy creates thoughts.
– Emotions create thoughts.

So the emotions we have are key to accessing and stoping the cycle to self sabotage.
