If You Worry What Others Think of You, Try This…

1. start the day by becoming the observer to your own “self-talk”

2. during the day, notice what others say about you… and become the observer to their “self talk”

3. keep practicing for the next few days, and be the observer to all “self-talk” as just another object in space, and see if the POWER over you subsides.

Practice for a few days, and let me know how it goes.
