This the last of three videos on unconscious mind power. In this video you’ll learn about going theta and when is the best time of day to do it. If you haven’t already, make sure to go back and watch the first two videos, The Unconscious Mind Power Series 1 and The Unconscious Mind Power Series 2

June 9, 2009Hi Steve!
Interesting point.
I have 2 questions:
1 – How long this state lasts when you wake up and how long when you go to bed?
2 – What about this meditation machines? Can they put you in such a state when you use them during daytime?
I hope you have the answers.

June 9, 2009Hi Vladimir,
As far as I know you are in the “theta” frequency for the first 5-8 minutes as you wake every morning.
As for meditation machines, I’m not sure what you mean by that?

June 10, 2009Hi Steve!
These machines are usually called machines for personal development. They generate sounds and lights which are supposed to have some effect on you.
I thought you are familiar with them cause they are popularized mainly through NLP programs, which I think you have mentioned in one or two of your posts.

January 26, 2010This is great stuff, and thanks for posting it online.
My question is, can I change my subconscious beliefs (some of the negative ones are quite strong) in this theta state in the morning, over time? Is that the objective of this technique?
Cheers
Steve
January 26, 2010Absolutely Veronica.
Everything in your reality is a reflection of your subconscious mind. And once you learn how to effectively program your mind, your entire view of reality and reality itself will change.
Are you interested to learn more about this?
Veronica
January 26, 2010Thanks for your (quick) reply! Yes I definitely want to learn more about this. I’ve come across a few articles about NLP and I plan to read a couple of books about it.
In the past 5 years what I’ve been learning and studying is more of an esoteric manner – through new thought and meditation principles so I would like to exchange ideas (or at least, have a discussion) on techniques, if that’s what you’re offering :)

January 27, 2010Hey Veronica,
I’ve got an idea on how we might do that. Send me a quick email with Subconscious Mind Power in the subject line and let’s discuss.
