Freedom Begins by Exposing the Lie

A really easy way to know if you have limiting beliefs is to ask yourself a simple question.

That question is: Am I safe right now?

If the answer is no, then you are likely telling yourself a lie. Fears often manifest because of these hidden lies. If you were not telling yourself this lie, then you would have no fear. The fear is always born from the lie.

Let go of the lie, and you let go of the fear.

As an example, if you were just at your doctor and diagnosed with cancer, you might have some fear. If you really look at it closely, you will realize it’s not because of the diagnosis. It’s because of the lie you are telling yourself.

Here’a another example. Let’s say you are broke right now… you have $20 in your checking account…. You might not know how to buy more food or pay the rent at the end of the month and because of this you have fear.

However, that is not why you have fear… it’s because you are telling yourself a lie. This lie sits in the subconscious mind, and manifests as follows:

– We believe something (the lie).
– We have certain feelings because of that belief (fear).
– We tell ourselves stories because of what we are feeling (how will I pay the rent?)
– These stories become our reality (fear-based actions).

You might be telling yourself there is no more money, and there is nothing you can do about your diagnosis. The honest truth is that these stories are fuelled by the deeper lie. You can always find answers. You can always find abundance. You can always find healing if you look for it.

When it comes right down to it, if you want to know if you have limiting beliefs, just ask yourself: Am I safe right now? If the answer is NO, then you are telling yourself a lie.

– We believe something (the lie).
– We have certain feelings because of that belief (fear).
– We tell ourselves stories because of what we are feeling.
– These stories become our reality.

The only way to release the fear, is reveal the deeper lie.
